Olahraga tuh ~150 menit/minggu. Klo sibuk, tp mau olahraga + ngurangin lemak badan, beli dumbbell sepasang, main di rumah, jalan kaki 30 menit/hari (pagi/sore bebas) Klo masih ga sempet, coba HIIT 10–15 menit udh terbukti efektif bakar kalori. Masa 15 menit doang gabisa? 😭🫵🏻
