really disappointed in Qatar Airways - after being rerouted to europe with zero support or indication on how to get to our final destination? really expected better treatment from the airline

i want to provide an update—after two days of trying to get in touch with Qatar Airways , they told us they would NOT refund us for the first leg, they would MAYBE refund us for the second leg and provided no chance to rebook us. VERY disappointed in their customer service
