Yesterday I walked 25k on a treadmill at Tesco, Llandrindod Wells to raise funds for the Altzheimer's Society Memory Walk.. Many thanks to Movement Recreation Culture, Llandrindod Wells for the use of their treadmill and Mr Jonathan Williams for the transportation.

Many thanks for all the donations for Alzheimer's Society Cymru. £40 has been raised so far through the Justgiving page, £180.38 raised on the day Tesco Llandrindod Wells, a cheque from the Mayor of Llandrindod Wells, Cllr Laurence Weerdmeester-Price. A total of £320.38.

Sophie Bridson and Carolyne Finlow-Borrowdale will be taking part in this and doing a bucket collection at Tesco, Llandrindod Wells on the 2nd of December. I'm sure there will be more of Santa's little helps on the day. 😁 Alzheimer's Society Cymru Tesco
