So what is the slack outage play for those that own the account? Complaining about outage and impact to your business asking for refund or does that make the slack rep more aware of your reliance on the service?

Anyone know what service Slack uses when their service is down to communicate across their teams? Email? Messages? Or do they have a separate hosted service for their use? Curious as I try to imagine how a team like that battles an outage.
