Salute to my dear friend Greg Foster. We simply ran out of time to do all the things we talked and dreamed about. Hope to catch you on the other side. I will miss you deeply.

Oh what an adventure we had. So much learned. So much gained. So much lost. I will miss you dearly, brother.

Greg Foster was one of the best human beings I've ever had the pleasure to know. He was a great friend and mentor to me and set an example for how to live life. He helped me in so many ways. It's cliche, but life's short. This is a painful reminder.

The black and white cookie is 110 years old! It was invented in 1909 to celebrate the quatercentenary (400 years) of Henry Hudson's voyage up the Hudson River. His boat was called the half moon, hence the appearance of the cookie
