So many things about our freakish times will perplex me for the remainder of my days, but at the top of that list will be the people who willingly traded in their dignity to publicly worship one of the foulest humans on the planet.

The world has become much more unstable economically, politically and in terms of security. All since the orange 🍊 one came back into power. A mistake could lead to catastrophe. This should be required reading. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nuclear_W…

We cannot determine their success without knowing their objectives. If their goal was to save Russia's economy, distract America & Europe from Russia’s war on Ukraine, expend military resources elsewhere, and make profitable deals for themselves, that’s mission accomplished.

Trump announced lifting of some oil sanctions on Russia. The SAME DAY we send OUR soldiers to defend YOUR bases with weapons developed at the cost of Ukrainian lives, you let those who killed them rebuild their cash reserves so they can kill more of us. FUCKING UNBELIEVABLE!!!!

I’d say unbelievable, but I haven’t been in a coma for the past 10 years. Whenever there’s a crisis, Trump calls Putin and comes out reciting the Kremlin line and singing Putin's praises. Trump is Putin's creature and the GOP is complicit.

if president trump has one foreign policy message that has been received loud and clear, it’s that he doesn’t believe the united states needs allies to accomplish his goals.

Trump does not connect actions he takes on one day to events that occur weeks later. Allied leaders know that if they help him in the Persian Gulf, he won't be grateful, or even remember. theatlantic.com/ideas/2026/03/…

#StoryTime Once upon a time, there was a guy who was born in a rich family. He started his own businesses, got himself in some trouble. Loved attention. Went on to develop Taj Mahal, hyped it to no avail. And then it went bankrupt. Legal troubles. Now he runs the US economy.

Operation Epic Fail. 10 years ago in March 2016, Mitt Romney warned Trump's foreign policies would make America and the world less safe, and that because of Trump, America would cease to be a shining city on a hill. His predictions are holding up pretty well, unfortunately.

Sanctioned Russians arriving in DC to present another aid package to the Trump family bank accounts in exchange for continuing to cut off and pressure Ukraine into surrendering. European had better wake up.

Give your key defenses and fortress cities to Russia which has been unable to take them in 12 years of fighting, and then we who are acting to strengthen Russia will pretend to help you protect the rest of your country. This is shameful, rotten, and stinks of corruption.

As a British MP I can tell you what β€œshowing up” looks like. It looks like 457 British soldiers who died in Afghanistan. NATO has only ever gone to war for one country. Yours. The question isn’t whether NATO showed up, it’s whether we forgive you for pretending otherwise.
