Just saw #HenryV at Shakespeare’s Globe today - an incredibly thought provoking and deliberate production, especially its use of metatheatricality. And as usual, brilliant performances all around 👏

Does anyone have reading recommendations to do with early modern texts as expressions of agency by the printer? I'm looking at the printer as a co-creator alongside author and publisher, and am hoping to find anything on formes, mise-en-page, etc!

Had a wonderful time presenting my paper 'Edmond "Ó Moeloins" Malone: The importance of Malone's Anglo-Irish Identity in eighteenth-century editing' at #britgrad2023 . Everyone has been so welcoming and fascinating to talk to - a great weekend so far!

To celebrate the 400th anniversary of Shakespeare's #FirstFolio, we have added new copies to our open-access resource #FirstFoliosCompared, including a well-loved copy from Trinity College Dublin, which is heavily annotated and contains plenty of distinguishing marks, including a paw print!
