THE TROJANS TAKE DOWN THE CRUSADERS! Andover goes on a historic run in the 5A boys state tournament, knocking off undefeated Highland Park and one-loss Kapaun Mt. Carmel to win the state championship. BJ Redic was huge for the Trojans, dropping 16 points and four rebounds.

Just a year ago, Andover’s Tayton Klein (Tayton Klein) won 5A state titles in the 110 hurdles, 300 hurdles, LJ, and took 3rd in the 100M. Now, the true freshman at KU has qualified for the NCAA D1 Outdoor Track and Field National Championships in his first collegiate decathlon.
