My gym instructor clocked on after 3/4 weeks that I’ve been doing his relaxation/ stretching session on a Sunday evening without actually doing the workout in the morning...so I woke up to a lovely message just in time to do the workout this morning 🙃😂

Tried to make an effort, look nice for a socially distant walk with a friend. 2 hrs, 10 hilly sheep fields later, I’m knackered & split my skirt trying to jump over a stream. There is a reason I live in gym leggings and that is exactly it! 😤🙄
