One of the people who decided on the rules that meant thousands of couples couldn't get married and that hundreds of thousands of wedding suppliers couldn't earn a living partied during lockdown and thinks that an apology is enough. How utterly deluded these people are.

I am now even angrier about all the times that Ministers and Civil Servants equated weddings to parties during lockdown. How dare they put their grubby little get togethers on the same level as a milestone life event. How dare they deny 400,000 work whilst boozing in a basement.
