Beautiful talk by Marta Coronado from Dr. Josefa González - identifies a plethora (2,000+) of TE-gene chimeric transcripts in various Drosophila body parts involving 10% of all fly genes! Most are tissue-specific and implicate polymorphic TE insertions #DNASRC22
