Mental health is my #1 priority in life. I find the fucked up parts and fucked up moments in my life are rooted in bad mental health. Not just in decisions I’ve made but also the decisions others made for me or over me. That shit stops with me. Fuck generational trauma.

Sometimes I just lay in bed contemplating life for hours thinkin of all the ways I could solve simple shit. Then my ADHD kicks in and I literally forget.

Being real about mental health in entrepreneurship is not talked about much. I’ve been connected to a heart monitor for weeks & cry often. Creating generational wealth for my family may kill me, but I’ll be damn if my family goes 7 more generations in the “poverty” category.

Having a good mental day. I gotta remember to filter out all the lames from my life more often. I’m only here for sarcasm, cute baby goat and Jason Mamoa pics 😂

My husband started gardening last year after I taught him about dry land farming. Now he spends most of his days teaching our children about the climate crisis. If you see my children planting random seeds and trees around the neighborhood, in your yard, it’s fine, really 🌎🌱
