Abolition is the goal. I have been saying for years the problem we are having on the left is we* are trying to base-build faster than (and when not) community-building. We cannot drag people faster than they can move. We have to slow down, even though it means losing for a while.

“If I can’t understand something at first sight of reading then it must be wrong/badly written” is such an anti-intellectual and frankly ridiculous approach to scholarship and I think it’s one of the worst tendencies in the age of social media

The scar under my boob tore open again. So now Im trying to go back to bed after having to clean up the blood and dress the wound. I need help getting my gauze, wound wash and medicine for my wound. Anything helps. #MutualAidRequest #mutualaid #disability #disabled #solidarity

I don't want this to sound like objective truth, but art teaches people how to think in school while STEM makes people do as they're told. Again, not objective but look at the world right now as we demote art and the tech industry control the economy. Something is up.
