It’s time to announce our first Wrestler of the Week for this season! Senior heavyweight Mike Bougie is an outstanding worker on the mat and in the weight room! He is a leader by example and started the season off 3-0 with 18 team points! #raidersontherise

Our second Wrestler of the Week to #bringhomethebelt is 9th grader Isaac Henry! In his first season of wrestling, he is working hard and picking it up quickly. Isaac already has 3 pins on the season!

Raiders went 3-2 today to take 5th place out of 8 teams at North St. Paul Duals! Total team effort to overcome several open weights. Those wins were career victories #99, 100, & 101 since MJL started coaching at CDH! Congrats! Here’s to 100 more! CDH Raiders
