We work on form/technique a bunch throughout the year, enough for them to almost not like me. But - when we’re testing, it isn’t always pretty and we aren’t going to act like it always is. This is just a whole bunch of grit and a no quit attitude from Madi Douglass! (145lb PR!!)

Caston S&C’s May “Athlete of The Month” is Madi Douglass! Madi PR’d in bench, squat, clean, 40 yard dash, and tied her PR’s in vertical and broad jump this combine! She’s a vocal leader who pushes her peers and she leads by example by being one of our hardest working athletes!
