Stop 2 on the ICP NE Education Tour takes us to the Conrad Farm in Steuben County where participants learned about Natural Resources Conservation Service' RCPP Program, @usdafsa's Conservation Reserve Program and Indiana DNR' Voluntary Public Access-Habitat Incentive Program.
