The summit gave us a chance to share our work, reflect, & gather new ideas in our development of employee resource groups for #rural #small & #growing towns. Tks to the incredible people who shared their ideas and feedback! Our next steps are now clearer and clearer. #ERGs

Our Afroheritage.ca project team is working hard to set up the website, especially Dr S N Jafralie! She's travelled across Canada to listen & learn about #Black #Canadian #heritage on historic sites, e.g. churches, & mentor the next generation to promote the #griot tradition.
