Thanks to CCISD Board and administration on their discussions on raises for their employees! Prioritizing teacher raises as required by HB3 and 3% for administrators is a great place to start.

CCISD’s academic success the last few years can be attributed to an army of strong teachers, school administrators, and central office support. It’s time to compensate accordingly. These opportunities don’t come around too often.

There’s far more information in a smile than a frown. That’s why encouragement is a much more effective teaching device than punishment.
