Following the news earlier this evening of an incident at the Holocaust memorial, please be assured that we are all safe and well in the hotel. We have spoken to the students to reassure them. All planned activities will be going ahead, unless we are advised otherwise.

We’ve had a fantastic walking tour, learning all about the history of Berlin.

We’ve had a very busy day. We’re now about to eat at BBQ Kitchen restaurant. The students have all been amazing! No moaning, even after walking over 20,000 steps!

What an amazing and thought-provoking experience the pupils have had in Sachsenhausen concentration camp today. A moment of reflection to start off, with a beautiful prayer led by Mrs Barton on the bus. Martin Niemoller's cell offered the opportunity to reflect on his poem.
