Do not leave young children and pets in unattended vehicles. Car interiors will reach lethal temperatures in a matter of minutes. Take extra precautions when outside. Wear lightweight and loose fitting clothing. Try to limit strenuous activities to early morning or evening. 3/3

Yesterday, a tree worker was stuck 30–40 feet in the air after a bucket lift malfunction. Camden County Fire Rescue and Kingsland Fire Rescue worked together to bring him safely down. Great teamwork!

Crews from Firehouse 16, Firehouse 15, Firehouse 5, Engine 14, and Life Squad 3 came together for a joint training focused on Vent, Enter, Isolate, Search (VEIS) techniques — including victim extrication through a window. Way to go, team! Great work by all the crews involved!
