We've had a busy weekend preparing our holiday cottages to reopen next Saturday (4th July). We are only taking full week bookings for the first few months and have some more booking conditions in place to safeguard guests, our cleaners and ourselves.

Our holiday cottages are now closed until at least the next Tier review on 13th Jan. On a more cheerful note it's been a beautiful day where we live in West Yorkshire, so I thought I would share some photos taken earlier with you. Happy New Year, when it arrives....

After a very rainy Saturday changeover yesterday, it's been better weather today and we managed a quick walk from Grasmere up to Easedale Tarn. Lots of water coming down the falls in Sour Milk Ghyll, Herdwick lambs and bluebells - great walk.
