NDO Rebecca and Hub Coordinator joined Housings estate walk today at Warwick Way. It was great that the residents we at ATP speak a lot were able to talk to CBC Officers directly regarding their concerns about the area. Next up is a Police meeting about Warwick Way!

This week we’ve been proof reading the newsletters for Warwick Way and the Bell Foundry areas. Hopefully these will be landing on doorsteps early June.

Charnwood Community Heroes is returning for 2024 to celebrate the wonderful work of residents across the borough. Nominations are now open for the awards which recognise those that go above and beyond in the community. charnwood.gov.uk/pages/heroes

Family Wellbeing Café & Information Day – Saturday 29th June 10.30am – 12.30 at Loughborough Wellbeing Centre. The event is for families to come along take part in different activities & find out about mental health support available for children & young people.

Earlier this month we had our annual summer event at the MTC - a great day enjoyed by the local community.

Last week, Craig from The Hut led the second estate walk to the year around the Old Ashby Road area. It was a great opportunity to get out into the community and address any issues alongside officers from various Charnwood Borough Council departments.

On Saturday, we held our annual summer event at Altogether Place and the sun was shining. It was great to see the community come together, with residents hosting stalls and everyone enjoying hot dogs, cake, ice cream, tombola and raffle. We were so busy I only got before photos!

Altogether Place were happy to have the opportunity to host one of Charnwood Borough Councils Tenant Networking Events. We were pleased to see some of the local residents coming down to speak with Officers.

NDO's Chris & Rebecca hosted two pop-up events this week on the Bell Foundry & on Warwick Way. At the latter we were joined by @lwacharity . We shared safety items with 150+ locals & were able to connect them to the Community Hubs Altogether Place & the Marios Tinenti Centre.
