Carolynne Hunter Keir Starmer Rachel Reeves I’m amazed that no news media contacted you to discuss this bill? I have often seen you on TV discussing the issue you have to deal with on behalf of your beloved daughter. A very powerful voice.

Gotta Have Faith Sir Stephen Timms Carolynne Hunter Keir Starmer Rachel Reeves Hwell I’m still contemplating bringing my child out of school anyway because if that is a £5000 financial shock to him when he turns effectively 18 because disability tends to stop according to the labour government between the ages of 18 and 22.

Stuart Giles ⚽️🏉 Sir Stephen Timms Carolynne Hunter Keir Starmer Rachel Reeves Well it's going to be part of the review - ahem - and then a vote but I don't know when the vote is. I just pray that it gets dropped. I couldn't advise you about what to do because I only know what the current state of affairs is.

Gotta Have Faith Sir Stephen Timms Carolynne Hunter Keir Starmer Rachel Reeves I’m honestly not expecting anybody to advise me on anything and it’s difficult enough to know what’s happening anyway so everybody should do what they feel is best for them, but thank you for the information anyway😉

The fight will continue against the other Bill planned for autumn to cover remaining Green Paper proposals: ▶️ Scrapping WCA ▶️ DL PIP as UC Health gateway ▶️ Auto-disqualification for under 22s ▶️ "Work Conversations" for LCWRA/ESA ▶️ Unemployment Insurance for new CB claims

Carolynne Hunter I've just taken a look. It seems he's completely misinterpreted your post. So we won't learn if under 22s will definitely be denied access to UC Health or Severe Conditions Criteria (SCC) status until autumn. Have you checked if Freya qualifies for SCC?

Carolynne Hunter I couldn't agree with you more Carolynne. Something to be aware of is that the *1st* rule of new Severe Conditions Criteria is that the claimant has been found LCWRA via assessment so if auto-disqualification for under 22s rule is introduced then no under 22 can qualify for SCC

Carolynne Hunter Regulation 40(2) as referenced in the screenshot above (new SCC rule 40A,2(a)) relates to Part 5, Regulation 40 of the Universal Credit Regulations 2013, see here 👇legislation.gov.uk/uksi/2013/376/…

The Westminster government has total control of energy. We need to feel the benefit of all the green energy we’re producing. If not zonal pricing - what?
