Carolynne Hunter Keir Starmer Rachel Reeves My thghts r with u. Have u thght of legal action under Human Rights Act, 1998? I'm crtn u hv a very strong case agnst DisUK Govt under Article 2 - right not to suffer degrading or inhuman treatment - & 14 - right not to suffer discrmnatn for disability. Try 2 get a probono lawyer

Carolynne Hunter Keir Starmer Rachel Reeves I’m amazed that no news media contacted you to discuss this bill? I have often seen you on TV discussing the issue you have to deal with on behalf of your beloved daughter. A very powerful voice.

Sir Stephen Timms Carolynne Hunter Keir Starmer Rachel Reeves It isn’t untrue at all & you’re a liar & a danger to sick & disabled people too. All this suffering all because Labour don’t want to tax the rich

Carolynne Hunter Sir Stephen Timms Keir Starmer Rachel Reeves Sir Stephen Timms can you answer please?

Sir Stephen Timms Carolynne Hunter Keir Starmer Rachel Reeves Can you answer the question plz that Carolynne Hunter ask you

Carolynne Hunter The Government cannot be allowed to get away with this nore should they be forgiven as they are playing with disabled people's lives

Sir Stephen Timms Carolynne Hunter Keir Starmer Rachel Reeves The fact that none of the Disability Charities supported this bill makes your statement nothing more than hot air.

Sir Stephen Timms Carolynne Hunter Keir Starmer Rachel Reeves Sir Stephen Timms I am still waiting for an answer or is google not giving you one you expect?

Stuart Giles ⚽️🏉 Sir Stephen Timms Carolynne Hunter Keir Starmer Rachel Reeves That part of the bill hasn't been voted on yet. It's in the Autumn. Part 2 of the shenanigans.

Gotta Have Faith Sir Stephen Timms Carolynne Hunter Keir Starmer Rachel Reeves Hwell I’m still contemplating bringing my child out of school anyway because if that is a £5000 financial shock to him when he turns effectively 18 because disability tends to stop according to the labour government between the ages of 18 and 22.

Stuart Giles ⚽️🏉 Sir Stephen Timms Carolynne Hunter Keir Starmer Rachel Reeves Well it's going to be part of the review - ahem - and then a vote but I don't know when the vote is. I just pray that it gets dropped. I couldn't advise you about what to do because I only know what the current state of affairs is.

Gotta Have Faith Sir Stephen Timms Carolynne Hunter Keir Starmer Rachel Reeves I’m honestly not expecting anybody to advise me on anything and it’s difficult enough to know what’s happening anyway so everybody should do what they feel is best for them, but thank you for the information anyway😉

Stuart Giles ⚽️🏉 Sir Stephen Timms Carolynne Hunter Keir Starmer Rachel Reeves No worries. I'd direct you to LurgeeLiz but the poor wummin must be shattered and needs a day off!! 😵

Carolynne Hunter I've just taken a look. It seems he's completely misinterpreted your post. So we won't learn if under 22s will definitely be denied access to UC Health or Severe Conditions Criteria (SCC) status until autumn. Have you checked if Freya qualifies for SCC?

Carolynne Hunter I couldn't agree with you more Carolynne. Something to be aware of is that the *1st* rule of new Severe Conditions Criteria is that the claimant has been found LCWRA via assessment so if auto-disqualification for under 22s rule is introduced then no under 22 can qualify for SCC

Carolynne Hunter Regulation 40(2) as referenced in the screenshot above (new SCC rule 40A,2(a)) relates to Part 5, Regulation 40 of the Universal Credit Regulations 2013, see here 👇legislation.gov.uk/uksi/2013/376/…
