1. Today I presided over the launch of the electronic filing system for courts in Nairobi region, and which we hope to roll out in the rest of the country in weeks.

2. The e-filing option will enhance speed, efficiency, and accountability in our courts, as well as fundamentally change the operations in our court registries.
