The direction of our lives needs to be positive. We weren’t born to cause trouble or do harm to others. For our life to be of value, I think we must develop good human qualities – warmth, kindness, compassion. Then our life will become meaningful and more peaceful – happier.

Black & Brown people are minoritised NOT ethnic minorities. Know and understand the difference. One acknowledges what is being done to us (oppressed). The other is a projection onto us, being identified as the 'other' by oppressors. #WorkingWithinDiversity #AntiOppressivePractice

For all 'BAME' organisations, organisations who state they work with 'BAME' communities and/or organisations/networks for 'BAME' people, one of the most powerful ways to acknowledge the lived experiences of oppression & dynamic of being 'othered' is to stop using the term 'BAME'.

It doesn’t take much to ensure every child has access to an education and achieve their potential to become a responsible, considerate, active citizen who is economically independent & able to contribute to their community - we just need to see it to enable it ☂️ #neurodiversity

Not sure whether to be thrilled or terrified about Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram being down. Also seems exceptionally ‘ironic’ that this happened right after a whistleblower went public about their algorithms and priorities for profits over transparency to shareholders.

I asked for a pay rise as an NHS Assistant Psychologist and was told there was no funding😔 So I applied for a different NHS job and increased my pay by 5 figures (2 pay bands)💁🏻‍♀️

Honouring the energy, courage & strength it takes to pole-vault over the exhausting high levels of projections, stereotypes, privilege, oppression and marginalisation in response to my intersectionality & identity, and to show up in my true authentic self & believe it to be met.

Once again: Autism and trauma are not mutually exclusive. It doesn't have to be one or the other. It might be, or it might not be. Respect people, and don't speak over them invalidating their individual experiences and calling it feminism.
