I met with Robert Jenrick in 2020 to discuss the same issue I’m facing now. He did nothing to help then and even proposed that LEASEHOLDERS pay a monthly charge to fix it. He didn’t take any real action then, and he’s still not helping now.

Let’s be honest.. any new flat build that in the next 20-40 years needs major works ,new roof (when a tiled roof could last even 100 yrs), new whole installation or whatever..this is the developer using crap materials. Why do LH need to pay a lifetime for these remediations?
