Very cool seeing Rwanda on the tennis calendar this past week and next week, with several recognizable names in the challenger draws there.

So few pro tennis tournaments in Sub-Saharan Africa in recent years, and lots of opportunity for growth.

It was a privilege to spend the week with these incredible female entrepreneurs from across Africa. Programmes like the WomHub RAEngGlobal Africa Innovation Fellowship are crucial in encouraging and developing female-led businesses. Applications will open again in the summer.

Day 3 at the WomHub RAEngGlobal Africa Innovation Fellowship bootcamp in Johannesburg. Today’s focus is on revenue models, pricing structures and sales and marketing. “The training is entirely changing how I think about my business” said one founder this morning.

This week I am joining the WomHub RAEngGlobal Africa Innovation Fellowship bootcamp, held at WomHub HQ in Joburg. 25 incredible female founders from across the African continent are participating, all with STEM businesses that are addressing development challenges.
