What a great start to the Boyce Crazy Eights Math Club! So much cooperation went into building our polygons and 3D shapes! Can’t wait to do it again on Thursday morning at 7:50.

Another day of learning and cooperation with the Boyce Crazy Eights Math Club

We kicked off Crazy Eights Math Club at Cooley today with neon geometry. We meet Fridays at 7:50.

Boyce SCA members and their families worked on the butterfly garden today. We cleared the bed of weeds and planted bulbs. “Many hands make light work.”

Math club is a great way to explore math skills through concentration and cooperation.

Thanks to Boyce and Cooley families for all the donated plastic bags. Over 100 pounds of bags were dropped off at Trex yesterday.

Time for another plastic delivery to TREX. Keep those donations keeping.

Chess Club is a big hit at Cooley.

Crazy Eights Math Club practiced area and perimeter as they determined the optimal shape for a farm field. Great cooperation from these “farmers”!

The Cooley SCA made annual trek to the Clarke County Animal Shelter to deliver donations. We saw some adorable animals there. Consider adopting one of them.

The Boyce SCA Spring Dance was loads of fun.

EMU showed the CATS kids a royal welcome today.

Another successful Cooley SCA yard sale. We will be donating $373 to Blue Ridge Hospice. The leftover items will appear in the school store next year. Thanks for all the donations and support!

CATS had a great engineering field trip to JMU on Friday. We witnessed the power of wind.

Boyce’s Crazy Eights Math Club had its first meeting today. It’s great to see kids enjoying learning about math!

The DG Cooley SCA Yard Sale was a huge success! We made $311.75. A check is on its way to Commonwealth Catholic Charities to help with their foster care program. Thanks to everyone who helped with the sale.
