Day 2 of Florence Nightingale Foundation and System C Early Digital health leadership was RADA day. It was a fab but tiring day. I learnt how to be more present and how communication is a act of generosity not and act of self. Definitely looking forward to putting these skills in to action!

That has been the most amazing 3 days. Met the most inspirational people. My mind is buzzing with new information, I just need to work out how to put it in to action sorry colleagues! Thank you so much for the opportunity and experiences Florence Nightingale Foundation System C #EDHLcohort2

My confidence has improved so much this week. It feels strange like I am a different person. I hope it continues and I am still me.

Why do people get so hung up on BAU vs change? It's part of a continuum - today's BAU is yesterday's change, today's change is tomorrow's BAU. It's one big backlog that needs prioritisation.

This popped up in my memories. 2 years ago. I sent this to a friend- I was unsure about applying. I was nervous to leave palliative care. I have been able to bring these skills with me. I have developed so much and made new friends and connections. #digitalnursing #lovechange

This was one of the best experiences. I wasn’t sure if I should apply but I was so glad I did. As the pic shows I met an amazing group of people. I learnt so much and I have developed both professionally and personally! Don’t think twice about applying!

One of the best things I have done! I learnt so much about myself and my career. I came out inspired to to so much more. An experience not to be missed!
