Also attended an amazing session with Decolonising Geography about breaking down boundaries between ‘powerful knowledge’ and ‘everyday knowledges’ to make future curriculums that empower the marginalised. Exciting work! So many critical ideas to help develop our resource! #GAConf22

Just reflecting on Frank Oates (1875) Cat Poh and Bethany - he wrote: "Metse-a-tunya" meaning "water sounding" in what he calls an "African language" which is known by contemporary geographers as Victoria Falls.
