Signing Jacob Wright for around a couple of million is fantastic business. He was one of the big positives in the second half of the season, showing his excellent ability on the ball and from set pieces. He's got so much room to develop and improve which is really exciting #ncfc

Surely (purely in hope rather than expectation) these are a smokescreen to the real front runner for head coach. Still surprised Russell Martin, a promotion winning coach who knows the club like the back of his hand and has a clear playing style hasn't even been spoken to #ncfc

Pep Lijnders would be a really poor appointment for where Norwich are currently at. He's failed in both of his head coach roles, leaving his teams wide open and easy to counter attack on. His team also didn't score for 3 straight games, Salzburg's worst run for 14 years #ncfc

Liam Manning had a very good season with Bristol City. Young enough to improve but also knows the league. Wants to have his team on the ball but has adapted to also being solid out of possession. He also knows the area well. It's an appointment we can all get behind #ncfc

Dan Grimshaw can make a couple of saves, he's already an upgrade on George Long #ncfc
