I found out what my analytics looks like.

No one buys a new roof every year. Renting is a horrible mistake, unless you buy a commercial property and rent back to yourself .

I am looking at adding some more Energy to my portfolio. Up 11.5% and a dividend of 8.2% which pays quarterly.

Since it’s LP, typically these are considered return of capital which is Qualified dividends.

Any one have any other suggestions or insight?

Shib is down 13% in the last week. It came down to my average so bought more. It’s having a nice back and forth 10% swing past couple months. Seems like everyone is playing that.
