A team led by President & Mrs. Carter’s grandson Josh Carter is in Liberia to celebrate 15 years of mental health work there. “When we started, my grandmother hoped to train 100 mental health care clinicians,” he said. “Today, there are 368. You’ve surpassed her wildest dreams.”
