Students should receive feedback regarding lack of effort or preparation when it's clearly an issue. It helps them make a link to their performance in a way that makes them want to try harder or prepare better in the future. But it should NOT make them embarrassed. #growthmindset

I’m so tired of ppl saying they CAN’T find qualified Black candidates. Have you gone to a Black church, fraternity, sorority, Masons, Eastern Stars, etc? Every profession has professional orgs. Each of those has a Black version. Is it that you can’t find us or aren’t looking?

I will never do business with Choice Hotels just lost a customer for life. I have stayed with them plenty. I booked a hotel for my son's baseball tourney in Elkhart 2 weeks ago. The tourney is a week away and we can no longer go. They charged 50 to cancel. NOT happy!
