Hey United Airlines -it looks like I’ll need to buy a flight for a trip a few days from now. If I cancel the day of the flight, can I use that amount I spent on a future United flight (flight credit). Your site isn’t clear on when this is/isn’t allowed.

Landing from my original flight six hours past planned. Required an extra flight & a few extra hundred $. Now I get to drive 1.5hr into the middle of nowhere (truly, no cell service), arrive at 1:00am & stay alone and shoot a 9hr wedding day tomorrow. Joy.

Hey Southwest Airlines ! I took a flight from JAX to DEN yesterday on 12/19 (4268). I wasn’t feeling well and the flight attendants went above & beyond to take care of me & repeatedly check in. The customer experience was fabulous! Pls pass on my thanks and bravo!
