Fab session yesterday with Lancaster & Morecambe MAS Team - lots of engagement to develop their fishbone of improvements. Supporting LSCFT MAS Microsystem programme.

MAS Teams and our partners coming together to discuss Test of Changes we've been working on. We now have agreed our aim statement. Also, involvement within the session from a service user regarding her positive experience re MAS.

Great session this morning discussing Skylard Unit's QIs through the Microsystem approach. Fantastic to have a service user on board as part of the Team.
