Feels like it’s been a long time coming, but latest meal out at Opheem in Birmingham. Meal combining my greatest love of Asian cuisine and fine dining. Take a bow Aktar Islam - amazing!

When in Cornwall, highly recommend Barnaby’s - great food, tapas style. The highlight was the gurnard, delicious!

Thoroughly spoilt by my better half, taking in a meal in abantal restaurante whilst we were in Seville. Simply beautiful, well balanced menu, with the highlight being the lobster and rabbit dish - just wow!
