This is the justice system in Canada. The officer stood above a 90 lbs 18 yr old firearm in hand w/ the backup of 2 officers & chose irreparable violence. Pacey Dumas was kicked in the head so forcefully a portion of his skull needed to be removed. He deserves justice.

Today Pacey Dumas attended at the courthouse and had an Information sworn for aggravated assault against the officer who kicked him in the head almost killing him. Next he will go before a judge to give evidence and ask that a charge is issued. Step 1 in the pursuit of justice!
