Under our Bipartisan Tax Relief Plan, every Kansan gets a tax cut, no matter their income. Only one signature stands between you and tax relief. #ksleg Contact Governor Kelly and tell her to sign SB 37: (785) 296-3232

Compromises: ✔Gov wants 3 tiers, majority of #ksleg prefers 1 rate. We met halfway at 2. ✔We adjusted the income rates to appease her concerns ✔We cut the cost-of-living adjusters for standard & personal exemptions. Does Gov Kelly want compromise or "her way or the highway"?

Ks Gov. Laura Kelly vetoed tax relief for all Kansans. The bipartisan bill passed the KS House unanimously. Yet, the Gov. says: “I will be working with legislative leaders to come to a compromise, forging a bipartisan tax cuts plan…” There is a bipartisan plan. Sign it!

Gov. Kelly claims to be in the middle. Well, she is certainly standing between hardworking Kansans and the tax relief they deserve. Is that what she means by being in the middle. I think that means she’s just in the way.

I am incredibly disappointed that Governor Laura Kelly, late yesterday afternoon, vetoed my bill to provide property tax relief for totally disabled veterans. With it, she also vetoed a compromise measure included with my bill that would create a property tax freeze for eligible

Governor Kelly’s Special Session of Spite will cost you $84,000 a day. The only thing she's laser-focused on is wasting your money and denying you bi-partisan tax relief with her election-year games. #ksleg

Gov Kelly isn't concerned with what you think; she's not up for reelection. Despite the state's large surplus, she feels no pressure to sign sustainable, bipartisan tax relief. Instead, the Kelly/Toland Admin is spending $84,000 a day on her Special Session of Spite. #ksleg

For personal and family reasons I will be terminating my campaign for re-election as the State Representative for District 90. It has been an honor and privilege to serve the people of the 90th District. I will remain politically active to serve in whatever small way I can.

I recently ended my campaign for the GOP nomination for State Rep. for Dist. 90. However the Sec. of State’s office informed me that as the filing deadline passed, I can’t be removed from the ballot. Don’t be confused. I’ll be on the ballot but I’m not seeking the nomination.

OVERRIDDEN: Kansas House overrides Gov. Kelly's veto of the Help Not Harm Act with a vote of 85-34. This override comes off the heels of a successful veto override in the Senate and will now become Kansas law. #ksleg

Kansans have been crystal clear—they need property tax relief now. That’s why on Friday, the House passed HCR 5011 and HR 2396 to set the condition for meaningful property tax relief. Read the full statement from House Republican Leadership here ⬇️ #ksleg
