$AVVH. It's finally happening.

We have extended the LOI for $FBCD. The operating company is being audited right now and we are trying to determine if the shell can be audited soon enough to meet their needs. We will inform you as so ok n as we receive a verdict.

$IFAN is sold and we have no further involvement with the company. It was a joint agreement with the custodian as we had no legal basis to cancel the legacy shares reserved for debt from the prior company.

We have a deal in place for $GYGC. The cancelation of 110 million shares was approved by the court and the custodian has been discharged. The new company may have to file a new motion to satisfy the TA for the share cancelation.

The $IFXY launch is getting closer. Carey W Cooley is working hard on a deal to get his preferred COO on board. We are also trying to negotiate deals for our first two acquisitions.

The current $AVVH quarter runs through 11/30, which doesn't allow time to prepare post-merger consolidated financials. We expect the merger to officially occur in early December. Press release from the company should go out next week.

We currently have five clients looking to go public. One of them will go into $SNRY.  We are working with the operating companies to put them in the shell that best matches their needs.

We have identified an audited shell and one OTCQB company to merge with two of our clients. We are working hard to get these deals done. Tickers will be released once we are a little further in the process.

We have completed our initial review of the documents provided by the $SMEV team. We are now working with the TA to complete a share cancelation of approximately 100 million shares. The company plans to begin putting assets into the shell once the share cancelation is complete.

I joined the $SMEV team to help push through the initial cleanup work. We just completed a 180 million share cancelation on Friday. We are now cleaning up the initial merger documents so we can start acquiring new assets in January.

Tentative agreement for $SNRY merger completed over the weekend. Merger expected to close the first week of January. Staying involved long term and have lots of news coming on this one. Stay tuned.

$AVVH GoldQuest Capital merger documents are complete and we are ready to rock. Back in Houston for the signing today unless the tax advisors want us to wait until Jan  3. I firmly believe this company will surpass a billion dollars in assets on the books in the next few years.

We finally found an old $MDCE shareholder willing to deposit his shares so we can complete the reinstatement of DTC eligibility. Headed to Phoenix tomorrow to meet with the merger partner. Solid business with huge growth potential. Staying involved with this one long term.

$FBCD was sold last week and change of control documents were filed with OTC Markets on Friday. Meeting with new owners on Wednesday, who are great people with an aggressive growth and acquisition plan. Details coming as soon as we file new officers in Nevada.

$AVVH merger documents were signed late last night. 2022 should be a fun year for this one. Be blessed.
