Haven’t had a worse flight than #788 on JetBlue yesterday. Two hour delay into circling JFK for an hour w no communication into a terribly horrendous landing at NEWARK only to be told we were only there refuel and fly back to JFKcouldn’t get off the plane or we would be arrested

Upon people telling the flight attendants we didn’t feel safe going back up in the air after the horrific landing in Newark still no response from the pilot JetBlue

I would sooner take a 4 stop flight in the opposite direction of my destination on Ryanair then ever fly americanair again
