54 YO 👩🏾 w/Stage IV Lung CA presents with 24-48 hours of shoulder discomfort and left arm paresthesias. ECG with resolving ST segment elevation in II, III, aVF & Q waves. Troponin is 27. Hemodynamically 👍🏾No murmur. Used with permission. 1/2
