So many reasons! Good reasons!

When will this shift finally come to an end? I miss my wife. Ugh!

Cuddles up to 𝓒𝓪𝓻𝓲𝓷𝓪 𝓓𝓮𝓵𝓾𝓬𝓪-𝓑𝓲𝓼𝓱𝓸𝓹

"Did I wake you? Sorry.." she mumbled as she got as close as physically possible.

"Yeah, I'm just exhausted.. and really really missed you." She spoke softly, not wanting to disturb the quiet.

"How was your day...?" She asked although she was already falling asleep.

Maya mumbled something. In her head she was speaking in full sentences but, in reality her body was just giving in the exhaustion and the comfort of her wife's embrace. Their schedules being crazy for a while now, not able to spend much time together.

After a couple of hours of resting, Maya woke up still in Carina's arms. She was too comfortable to get out of bed but she had to go to the bathroom. So, she carefully slipped out of bed as to not wake her and got to the bathroom where she prepared for the day.

Maya was in the shower already, humming a song as she was washing her hair at the time. When she turned a bit to the side to grab a comb, she jumped as she didn't see Carina walk in. "Jesus... babe... good thing you're a doctor cause you just gave me a heart attack." She laughed.

Why was she so damn adorable and hot while angry? She'd never get it. Maya smiled as her face softened a lot more if possible. "Have I told you that you're hot when you're frustrated?" She smirked. "And I'm not going back to work. Not for the next two days."

"That is exactly my point." Maya said and grabbed the towel that was near. She wrapped it around her body and got off the shower. "Mhmm.. I figured you and I needed some time together. To talk and relax and do whatever comes to mind."

Maya melted with those kisses and she was pretty sure it showed. "That's my purpose of life." She said and kissed her again. "I know.. which is why.." as she was talking she dropped her towel on the floor on purpose. "Oops... clumsy me.."

Maya bit her bottom lip as she watched Carina check her out basically. The moment her shirt was off, her hands rested on her wife's hips, pulling her close. Lips landing on that perfect neck which she devoured.
