Buried in the SCOTUS decision today was a ruling that Trump cannot fire the Chairman of the Federal Reserve. Why? Because SCOTUS just codified that it’s a “uniquely structured, quasi-PRIVATE entity.”   While a google search would classify the Fed Board of Governors as a 🇺🇸🟨🇺🇸
