We send our deepest condolences to the Deputy Clinkunbroomer's family and the LA County Sheriff's Department. May justice be served and peace brought to all those impacted by this senseless violence.

A massive thank you to all those who answered the call and helped us defeat SB 94. It will take all of us to turn this state around and bring common sense public safety measures to the forefront of state policy.

Endorsing Dr. Jasmeet Bains was a no-brainer, as she has been one of the strongest fighters against the fentanyl epidemic in CA. We have been honored to work alongside her in the Assembly, and look forward to many more years of collaboration.

I was proud to stand with my colleagues this morning to discuss #AB469. This bi-partisan bill will provide law enforcement with the tools they need to prosecute those who seek to re-victimize people who have lost their homes and businesses during an emergency event. This bill
