We want to extend our gratitude to Governor Gavin Newsom for signing AB 701 into law and to Assemblymember Carlos Villapudua for his efforts in pushing forward this legislation to help combat the fentanyl crisis.

CPCA is proud to endorse Josh Hoover for re-election to Assembly District 7. We appreciate all Assemblymember Hoover did in his first year to protect victims and businesses from theft and violent crime. He has truly earned our full support!

CPCA is proud to announce our endorsement of Assemblymember Greg Wallis re-election to Assembly District 47. A champion in the fight against fentanyl and other illicit drugs, we need more representatives that share his commitment to protecting our kids and communities.

Endorsing Dr. Jasmeet Bains was a no-brainer, as she has been one of the strongest fighters against the fentanyl epidemic in CA. We have been honored to work alongside her in the Assembly, and look forward to many more years of collaboration.
