Love this study because it confirms my bias on how great EtCO2 (available on every ALS ambulance) is in identifying sick patients (TLDR: triaged 2-4 w/<28 at presentation had a 3.7 LR for in-hospital mortality) pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/36802204/
