do u realize that if they just temporarily paused the spin out, all of this extensive cr** to fix this now could have been avoided? that seemed to be the simplest / quickest answer that puts everything back on the shorts to cover instead of us having to find all the shorts.

hes basically saying to make (penalize) shorts to pay $1000 per share for the entire amount of shares of NBH and every1 that has a MMTLP share going in2 NBH (well over 165.5M) gets to keep their shares PLUS 50% of the penalty money from shorts ($500)and NBH gets to keep the other

$500 to keep as capital for whatever they need to further along on projects.
