Don’t allow what you think you want or need to keep you away from God. Let us not allow our pride or our selfishness kill our ability to be set free in Christ. If you have a legitimate need, don’t use sin to fill the void.

What 3 words would you use to describe the person you were 10 years ago? Are they different from the 3 words you’d use to describe yourself today?

The Bible talks about reconciling with others that have wronged you. But what if you’re the one who was wrong? What if you’re the one who needs to ask for forgiveness? Admitting to yourself your part is a hard pill to swallow. Confessing that to the other is harder to swallow.

What lessons have you learned from your youngest friend? What’s the age difference and how old were they when you learned that lesson from them?

Who is someone you’ll never forget and why? RIP Mr “Ozzy” Malinger. Thank you for being my first adoptive grandpa. Thank you for your jokes and words of wisdom. I’ll miss visiting you when I visit home. Hillcrest Oaks will never be the same without you.
