#Idaho HB415 would allow school staff w/ an enhanced CCW to carry on ANY school property at ANY time, even outside official duties. Current law PROHIBITS police from carrying on school grounds outside of “official employment” duties. How does this make sense? Idaho GOP Idaho Democratic Party

Third reading of HB415 scheduled for today was postponed. We are gaining traction w/ Reps on the gaps in this bill. Still no call from Ted Hill to work w/ SROs on improvements.
