My games take a long time to make, like slow-cooked ribs but without the bones

Everything I make takes days of iterations and throwing away 80% of my work, for things that ultimately look like they could have been slapped together in about 5 minutes.

Haven't posted an update in a while. The dialogue system is nearly complete. And I've got some new UI objects and transitions. The NPC is a talking grey cube #gamedev #IndieGameDev #madewithunity

It sucks to admit it, but I don't have the time to make my game as good as I want it to be. My focus is now getting the game out, while making sure it is fun to play with friends. It won't be the prettiest or the greatest game, but at least it'll be fun.
